2008 Paso Fino Foals

We are excited about this year's foals. The mares we chose to breed are both beautiful daughters of champion Paso Finos. The stallions we selected as sires are known for their wonderful dispositions, correct gait, conformation, and rugged good looks.

These foals will have smooth gaits and correct conformation. Their bloodlines were carefully chosen for their ability to produce Trail and Pleasure Pasos with potential for the Show Ring too!

We are excited aout this filly and the potential she carries. Her bloodlines are simply awesome. They combine some of the best from Maridel's parent's foundation horses Carlitos and Velera, with other nationally known Paso Fino breed foundation stallions - Bolero LaCE and Faeton LaCE.

Daisy is Alma's first foal, but her sire Nino del Companero is a proven producer of magnificent Trail and Pleasure Pasos.

We believe this filly will have strong potential to also excel in Competitive Trail or Endurance riding.

Daisy is a beautiful shade of red chestnut with four long socks and a connected star, strip and snip with a very unique chestnut spot inside the star.

She is going to be an absolutely stunning mare!

An Outstanding Buckskin Pinto Colt

We're calling him "Mr. Quigley" for now. This handsome young man is out of La Hija Ultima - a Pinto Paso Fino mare known to produce beautiful, intelligent foals with outstanding conformation, smooth gaits, and size above the average Paso Fino. He was sired by Julio Claro, the palomino stallion owned by Hacienda de los Ninos.

Mr Quigley

Mr. Quigley is a minimal white Tobiano with a small splash of white on the left side of his neck, another small splash above his withers and a butterfly-shaped white spot at the top of his tail. His tail is white at the top, then flaxen and the bottom half is black.

Combined with matching long white socks on his rear legs and shorter matching socks on his front legs he is going to be a very eye-catching horse.

As a finishing touch, he has a small star and strip, maybe a snip and so far his eyes are a beautiful grey-blue color!
