Cristal has been started correctly under saddle and ridden on trail. She is a beautiful, smooth-gaited horse. Because she is green, Cristal is best suited for an intermediate or advanced rider who will spend the additional time to reach her full potential.
On the trail she is willing to take the lead, follow, or be in the middle of a group. Not barn sour or buddy sour.
Raised on our ranch, Cristal's breeding focused on disposition, gait and conformation. Sired by a Champion stallion and out of a proven broodmare, her bloodlines are highly valued, combining the well known Resorte IV and Plebeyo qualities. With her bloodlines she is a versatile mare.
Best suited for a quiet, confident Intermediate or Advance Rider. With additional training Cristal may have potential for showing in local or regional Paso Fino Shows in the Country Pleasure or Pleasure division, or Gaited events/divisions at Open Horse Shows.

After about a half-dozen rides, Maridel took Cory to a Colt Starting Clinic where he learned about all sorts of "Firsts". First time in an indoor arena, first time to be ridden in a group of horses, first time around loud speakers and audiences that clap and cheer. First time away from home. And he did very well.
With his smooth gaits, handsome dark bay color and good looks "Cory" is from the bloodlines developed by Maridel's parents - that unbeatable combination of Promiso del Companero and Velera.
He has been started with gentle natural horsemanship methods and has been easy to work with. At three years of age, "Cory" is a good-sized Paso Fino and we expect him to mature very close to 15 hands.
